The 18 fan has a more powerful electric motor and revised fan blade design which increases the CFM substantially over the 17 version. This helps keep intercooler temperatures in check during long climbs and hot days. The 18 upgrade fan has the correct connectors for your X3 for a 100% plug and play installation!
